It is also registered under the companies act ,1963(Act 179) as a private limited liability company on 13th July’ 2017. The company is registered with an authorized share capital of 500,000,000 of no per value. A total of 30,000 shares have been issued as at now. The company has its registered office at Dansoman sharp curve, directly opposite A.M.A.
Cap-Kon Micro Credit is capitalized by two principal investors and also Directors, Mr. Alex Osei Bonsu and Mrs. Patricia Osei Bonsu. Both are well vested in Credit, Finance and Accounting background in terms of education and with a combined experience of over 10 years in the industry.
